Techbio Foundation Models
Thank you Compound and Dr. Shelby for maintaining this repository of hashtag#techbio foundation models.
I don't know whether to be excited by a Cambrian explosion of LLMs for bio or deflated by the emerging monoculture -all models are (often clever) variants of the same underlying structure. The current dominant LLM paradigm has been very productive, but could "foundation models" be built on other types of pretrained foundation?
