With Hod

Some 18 years ago, with Hod Lipson, we were dreaming up a 3d printer/food replicator that would one day be on everyone's kitchen countertop, just like a food processor. You would buy the ingredient cartridges, insert them into the printer, download a recipe and push the start button. Martha (Stewart) loved the idea! It was just a little bit harder than expected... Hod and his students went on to advance the science of food printing. link
