Google's new search experience = prompt injection galore

! It reminds me of a time, long, long ago, when having a child named Alexa (and calling her name loudly) was a sure way to receive unwanted packages from Amazon: the granddaddy of prompt injections. Not to diminish the mind-blowing announcements from last week's Google I/O, but they will have to address fundamental issues that emerge when input is code. TechCrunch's Russell Brandom describes the (temporary) situation best: "I have been a professional tech journalist for nearly 15 years, and before today, I cannot think of a single time when a Bing search result was more valuable than the Google equivalent. There really is a first time for everything!"
